Born in the Bronx, New York City. Upon returning from the Vietnam War I attended the New York Institution of Photography in Manhattan. I enrolled in the evening program, which was taught by working professional New York photographers. I relocated to the west coast and continued my education by attending City College of San Francisco, which had an excellent two-year photography program. I started working for a well-known camera store, which had a rental community darkroom. I managed this darkroom, which contained 12 enlargers and was used by professionals. I perfected my darkroom skills during this period. I operated my own studio downtown San Francisco. I then went back to school, studied television production and resettled in Los Angeles. I have been a union camera crewmember receiving five Emmy Awards Certificates for productions such as the Olympics, Oscars, and Grammys etc. I recently went back to school to sharpen my photogrphy skills with the latest digital technology at Santa Monica College, which also has an excellent photography program. I am a current member of the American Society of Media Photographers. I approach my photography with the same level of quality and professionalism, which has contributed to my success in the television industry. Photography has always remained my deepest passion and with that devotion  you will recieve my fullest efforts in providing the image that you originally desired.
